Fusion 360 inoperable

I can't open any design on Fusion 360. The problem started since I tried to save a file and the program woudn never finish the upload to A360.

Now no design will open, including designs that I have saved on my machine... I just uninstalled Fusion 360, reinstalled it and nothing has changed.

What can I do about it?

 

one of the errors I get is this one:

Upload failed. Original File: Body Plate, Queued File: a29af7b4-ad0e-44ae-a407-edcb776aee6d

Hello,

 

It would be great if you can provide more information for anlysis. Please launch Fusion 360 and go to right-top corner -> Help menu -> Diagnostic Log Files to collect log files. Then please post the log files in the thread.

Hi Leo

 

Sorry to hear that happened to you. In fact I hope you did export the f3d file to your local drive when something like that happened. That should work.   You have to wait until the cloud service is working again before you can import archived files back. They did have server problems a few days' ago. Offline mode was not even working when their server was not working. Today US time they are updating the program so it will not work as well.
