Hi,

since this morning Fusion is freezing every now and then without an apparent reason. Is it happening something to the servers or is it a problem of my pc?

Thanks

Stefano

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for asking about that.

The servers are running fine. You can always check out the Server health with the link here

Could you may share a bit more information with us?
It would be great if you could share a Screencast with us which shows the issue.
  1. Share the "Diagnostic Log Files", with this link Here
  2. Send us the "Graphics Diagnostic" information using this article Here
  3. Share your "System information" and use the article Here
  4. It would be great if you could record a unlisted Screencast and share it with us
  5. Do you have any Anti-Virus Software installed on your Operating System?
Please, keep me updated.

Thanks,

Hi Mike,

I append graphic diagnostic and diagnostic log files.

I am using Windows 7Professional, with AVG Free Anti-Virus.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for sharing this with us.

I could see multiple errors which are pointing not Network related failure.

20170220T143844 E Network failed request - response NOT OK: https://pstatic.autodesk360.com/static/9B-2016.r8/communities/images/default_group.png ...response: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

This error is maybe due to the Anti Virus software you using.

We might need to dig a bit deeper here to find the root cause of the issue.

Could you may follow these steps here:
  1. Unistall the Antivirus software
  2. Run the automatic clean uninstall script for Windows
  3. Download the latest Build of Fusion 360 with the link Here
  4. Install it with Right-Click on the *.exe  as "Run as Administrator"
  5. Right-click on the Fusion 360 launch icon and "Run as Administrator"

Could you may share a bit more information with us?
  1. Share your "System information" and use the article Here
  2. Have you checked if all Windows Updates could have been installed after uninstalling the Anti Virus software?

I hope this information helps. Please, keep me updated.

Thanks,
