Fusion 360 equivalent for solidworks toolbox

Hi all,

As you understand I am coming from Solidworks and I find the toolbox really handy.

Is there an equivalent for Fusion 360?

Thanks,

Antoine.

Hi Antoine,

If you press the 'S' key inside Fusion, you will open a Toolbox which has some similar behaviors to the Solidworks toolbox. Co-incidentally, a Quick Tip around this was posted a couple of days ago at http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/quick-tip-the-s-key/

Hi,

There may be a conflict of terminology here, the Toolbox in Fusion is not a parts library, which may be the functionality originally referred to here. Apologies if I've misunderstood the question and given bad information.

Regards,

Matt.

The part4cad integration is very neat: impressive!

@Anonymous: no worries, the fusion toolbox is also a nice discovery 😉

Hi,

Please excuse my ignorance, but where are the parts supposed to end up?

I click "To Autodesk Fusion 360", it uses a download token and that's that. I've searched for the part in the project browser and in the web portal. The part is nowhere to be seen.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Thanks.
