Fusion 360 crashed,the recovery file instantly crashes the program again

i worked 7-8 hours on a really nice looking project ,then when i was done with the sculpting ,the "bad allocation" error popped up(i need some help on that too).

instantly after the program crashed and when i tried to open the recovery file,it kept on crashing.

i found the backup file in the app data and renamed it into a f3d file but the results are still the same ,i need urgent help my friends ,cant lose that work.
