Fusion 360 Account conflict

I can sign in and out but no refresh of browser window. Reports trouble connecting.

Cannot save anything - online or offline. Reports project list is required.

 

My Account connects normally.

My Profile shows attached pic.

 

I need to be able to save new work yesterday.
