I defined( constrained) that point. but  sketch is still the same(not fully defined).

Hi,

1. white points signal that they are not determined.
2. with the fit point spline, in addition to the coordinates of the points, the tangents must also be defined in angle and length.

What/where is the major and minor axis of your Ellipse?

I started to lay out your sketch and realized there is missing information in image alone.
