Forum Loading - Where to inquire?

Is there another user support area for questions regarding behavior issues with the forum software(?)?

This is the only website I've been interacting with lately that has terrible delays and restarts with loading up. Not sure if it is just with Chrome or not.

Thanks in advance,

Delain

The Fusion 360 Support Forum is used to report, discuss questions about the Fusion 360 application operation.  Here you can report application issues and odd behavior.

@delaing I am experiencing this also, across all the Windows , macOS and iOS devices I use to interact with the forum. This includes 2 different browsers (Chrome and Safari) as well!

Since you've been around here much longer than me, I presume you've made an attempt to log your browser issues on that Community Feedback Forum?
On first glance it seems like a dark, deep hole to get lost in; not sure though.
I'm just wanting to focus my limited time on Fusion.

Thank you,

No, that I why I asked the two other Autodesk Expert Elites whether posting on that other forum actually results in better forum software.

While I appreciate that Autodesk provides a forum, the functionality of the forum has been broken many, many times even in the recent past. Changes are always unannounced, which would be fine if they did not occasionally break functionality that is so essential  that it only takes 1 minute on the forum to discover.

Same here. No need to post anything anywhere else unless there are tangible results!

@TrippyLighting  No I don't think the single thread for all problems works well. I used to post quite often in the old community form where you could create new threads and keep track but given up on the single thread idea. But there's no where else to post problems?

Hi guys.  Yes, the Feedback Hub is read and digested by the appropriate members of our team... so please post away.  If it feels like a deep dark hole, that's because... just like the product teams, we receive a LOT of requests and issue reports.  And, just like the product teams, we have to prioritize these and rank them by severity, log a ticket and work on getting things resolved.  While it looks from your angle like nothing is being done (I had the same thought when I was a customer), I can tell you that there is a whole team of people working behind the scenes, harder than you think, to actually make the whole experience smoother for everyone.  So... don't stop reporting things, we do listen and we may not be aware of a problem until one of you wonderful people tells us.

I say this with the deepest sincerity... thank you!

@CGBenner

Which one of the topics in that Hub forum would you suggest I log this issue to?

I started to scroll through there and gave up because of the overabundance of topics.

I appreciate your remarks above, but I also have a limited amount of time to learn Fusion and feel that I cannot use up time searching through multiple topics to post something with optimism that it will be addressed.

I actually have a few other questions about the functionality of the forum software. It would be good if there was a topic branch that focused strictly on functionality of the forum instead of being lumped in with what appears to be topics dealing more with CAD & engineering concepts.

Thank you,

Delain
