Select all of the sketch, right click menu,

if there is “Move to Sketch Plane” in that menu, use it.

if not, then divide and conquer with temporary dividing lines.

Might help...

You have a 3d sketch.  As such it cannot be extruded.  In addition, when the geometry is moved to the sketch plane, all of the lines are coincident, so they don't form a profile.  You have also deleted the source of the projections.  If you want the profile to be on the current sketch plane, then a simple offset will work.  If you want the profile to be perpendicular to the current sketch plane, then you'll need to create a new sketch perpendicular to the current sketch plane.  After this, you can project the geometry to the new plane.

Normally, in Fusion 360 it's bad practice to delete sketches or bodies which have dependencies.  Whenever you have a yellow warning in the Timeline, it's best to fix it immediately.  Errors later in the Timeline are hard to debug.

I think you problem starts with Sketch 11. Look at the warnings in your timeline. It appears that you deleted the sketch plane for Sketch 11 or some part of Sketch 11 that was projected to Sketch 13 which also doesn't have a sketch plane. Without a defined plane for the sketch there can't be a profile and you can't extrude from an undefined plane.
