Flat pattern not flat and warning not readable

I've created a sheet metal bracket (attached) and the flat pattern doesn't flatten anything. The timeline icon is red as if there is a warning, but clicking on "Review Warning" produces nothing. To me it looks like  Fusion has incorrectly merged parts of Edgeflang2 and EdgeFlange4 where I've circled in this picture.

Is it me or is it fusion?

I've seen this, the workaround I used was set the bend angle to 90.01. Don't know if there's anything else you can do. On your model set flange 4 to 90.01°

I was able to make the part unfold with no problem by offsetting the side(angled) flanges .005" away from the front flange. It did seem to have some type of interference there which in theory shouldn't exist but, you know, that's life.

@Brian and @HughesTooling,

Both workarounds work, thanks! Seems like this is something Autodesk should fix. I don't think there is an interference, but at the least, the warning should work if there is an interference. I'll see if I can figure out how to file a bug report.

Cheers!
