Flag Notes?

I'm working on a drawing and I'm trying make it clean and not cluttered. I want use flag notes (like pictured below) as quick reference for holes in a fixture plate. I have 14 holes that have two different sized holes and threads between all of them. They are all close to each other and I want to just simplify the drawing. In SolidWorks you just add the symbol when doing notes, however from what I can see Fusion doesn't have this available or very hidden.

This is such a basic feature. I am actually bewildered that they don't have this.

Oh look yet another thread of Autodesk ignoring the same basic function, this time for five years

Bumping yet again because this is a flagrant omission. ☹️

Bumping as well. The lack of basic GD&T drawing capabilities is extremely frustrating.

For anyone following this thread, we have a solution! The "Custom Sketch Symbols" feature in the July 2025 Product Update can add flag notes (create-your-own). As far as I've tested, you can't have a full-stop after the number if you want them to auto-increment, but if you don't mind typing in the numbers + full-stop yourself you can use a custom label.

This is the most janky solution they could have possibly come up with.  How are there not balloon notes with basic shapes? There are free cloud based CAD systems that offer better drafting functionality than this
