Fixing stupid triangles

Need some help fixing some triangles, going through the tutorials atm and I'm using TrippyLighting's fix for the boundary fill but now I'm stuck again, I've got 2 triangles I can't get rid of without breaking the model.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Pic on the left has no triangle that I can see,

On the right the obvious problem is the front star point but can't see it well.

For the front on I would do something along this idea.

There was a triangle on the left pic as well, fixed them both. Spent an hour before I posted trying to fix it, typical its something simple.
