Fixing none symmetric sweep faces in models?

Hello,

I'm frequently getting this problem where I sweep thing or do similar operations and get a weird unpredictable face in the product of the model, that doesn't seem to affect the dimensions in a wrong way but realy disturbs the eye

here is an example of that on one model that should be  symmetric (line face sweep with a spline):

Any hints to how to fix it?

Just deleting the face(even without the fillet) doesn't help and creates an error but anyways this is not idea)

Thanks for helping.

I am not sure what you consider unpredictable. Your screenshots and explanations don't really describe that very well.

Could you attach a model and maybe create a screencast explaining what you are expecting and how the geometry differs from these expectations ?

I think that he's just talking about the unnecessary face-dividing lines that F360 sometimes shows.

@Anonymous can you share the model ?

There is nothing wrong with that line being there. Sweeping crates NURBS surfaces and that "line" just indicates the boundaries between two NURBS patches.
