Finding holes in Fusion 360

Hi - Following creating a design I print and then inspect my 3D models in Meshmixer.   Sometimes Meshmixer informs me that I have a hole in my print so I fix in Meshmixer.

I do not like fixing my designs outside of Fusion - I would rather get them right......but I cannot find a facility in Fusion to flag if there is an error.   I always use colour cycling in the inspect drop down and my design looks clean, are there any other facilities that I should use?

Any help appreciated

We'd need to see a design in .f3d format that exhibit this problem. Then we'd also need to see the .stl export of that design  and the tool you are using that report the errors.
