Solved: Finding dimension on tapered component

Amateur with a very basic question. I would like to create a line, circle, etc along this tapered component at the point where the taper becomes 51mm in diameter, and I'm not sure how. The reason why is so that I can add a dimension along the z-axis to that point in a drawing.
