Hi Lucas,

One thing you may try is to select the vertical faces in the hole and hit Delete key. It should help fill the hole.

Many thanks!

@lucas.sealing

What is your goal for this design?

Are you attempting to closely reverse-engineer the original?

I ran a "Modify->Compute All" on your design. This design has 24 warnings and 31 errors!
I would start completely from scratch!

It would be really powerful feature if Fusion would automatically notify the user when they have inadvertently created an issue by highlighting the problem as it occurred according to severity of the issue.  Then the user would resolve the issue immediately rather than building more geometry on top of flawed geometry.

@lucas.sealing

Are you ready to start from scratch?

Do you own calipers to take measurements?

Do you access to the original part?

@lucas.sealing

I notice that you used 5 Moves to align the scan with the Origin and it still isn't at the Origin.

Can you Attach the original scan stl file here so that I can demonstrate in a video how I would start the redesign?

The OP has ignored 24 warning messages and 341 error messages that pop up in the lower right corner every single time Fusion encounters such a problem.

While the warning/error highlighting in the timeline has gotten too faint as of the latest update(s) I still find that adequate. There is no "Compute all" needed to see these warning messages. Thy appear in the lower right corner as they happen.

We might have to agree to disagree on what "adequate" means!
