Fillet issue

Newbie here, so apologies in advance for such a basic question. 
I have sketched an irregular shape using lines and 3 point arcs, and although all entities are joined, the lines on screen are a pink/purple colour and won’t allow me to apply a fillet. 
please help with this obvious forehead slapping problem

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Many thanks for your reply, however ive now managed to achieve what i
couldn't with the fillet.
