Fillet corners and loose the shelled inside? Model attached.

I'm making a divider for a small organizer.  I sketch the cube, shell the inside, then put a fillet on the bottom but it cuts open the shelled inside, rendering the divider useless. I tried to patch the surface, but it doesnt work when I export and upload to Bambu slicer and try to 3d print it.  Any suggestions on where to study next?  Thank you.

Hi,

The fillet must be applied before hollowing out.

Try it this way:

The dividers can be joined or created as separate solids as in the file.

or another way to reach the goal
