Fillet and Chamfer Tool Not Working

Hello,

When I try to use the fillet or chamfer tool on a specific component within in the project it draws a line were the feature should be but doesn't actually change the geometry. Sometimes the entire component turns "fuzzy" after as well. The tools are working fine on other components within the model.        

I have attached the file below.

I don't know if its a bug or if I did something wrong previously in the file, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have two bodies overtop of each other.

If you add the fillet and then move the body - you will see one body with fillet and another without fillet.
