Filename keeps changing after opening

Hi everyone,

When I start a project, save it and name it, it works fine. After this I see the file is named correctly in my computer (using the autodesk desktop connector) and in the fusion team in my browser.
But when I re-open the file in Fusion, the name changes back to 'Untitled'. After this, when I re-check the name in my pc and browser, the name is changed to 'Untitled'. 

First attachment: Version 10 is named correctly.
Second attachment: Version 10 opened in Fusion: name changes to 'Untitled'

Third attachment: Version 12: Name is changed after another save

   

What's the reason behind this? Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

As per your images and file name saved in the folder, It seems like a Bug in Fusion360 or File Was Not Properly Synchronized With Cloud.

Nothing to worry about, if it not Happen Again with a Different File.
