Features failing to regenerate

This has happened several times with a number of different drawings now.

I'll create a 3d model using commands such as fillet, thicken, etc using surfaces and the model constructs fine.

However if I then go to compute all, the feature fails, and I get a warning saying operation cannot be carried out, even though nothing has changed?
