Feature Request: Identifying selected objects

When I select only one thing in the Sketch or Design environment, the message at the lower right of the screen says something like "Sketch Point | [X, Y, Z coordinates]"

When I select more than one thing in either environment, the message says "Multiple selections | [a number]".

Is it possible to see a list of these items so that you can identify exactly what you've selected?

I've done selection filters (which seems like a tedious task just to get a simple answer) to sort out the different types of things I've selected. However, it still does not define the differences between specific items that are the same type, like stacked sketch points, or which point is associated with which line segment.

I've used AutoCad for decades and it would tell me exactly what I have selected. This was very handy and powerful.

Take a look at the attached video and see it gives you a way of identifying what you select.
