Fast Selection Filter selection

Is there a fast method to change the selection filter?  I switch to/from select-all, component-only selection to body-only selection very often. Or at least change the priority order so bodies are selected before components?

Ideally assigning a hot key.  Like shift-cntrl/command-B to toggle body-only selection?

Thanks

Scott

I cannot offer a method of setting your Selection Filter to "Select All" but I can offer you a method of isolating some the list with a hot key.  Take a look at Selection Priority which can be assigned hot keys.  The option "Select Body Priority" (Alt+B) will cause the Selection Filters to uncheck everything except Bodies.  The other Selection Priority command do similar selections in the Selection Filters.

This is a good idea to add to the Fusion 360 IdeaStation.  Maybe add to the Selection Priority list "Select All".

Just FYI:

a single-left-click on a vertex, edge or face of 3D geometry in the viewport selects the body.

A double-left-click on 3D geometry in the viewport selects as a component. If you hod the CTRL (Windows) or CMD (macOS) key while clicking you can add more bodies or components to the selection.

It's been three years since you posted this question so I don't know if my response is still relevant, but I noticed that if you use Select [X] Priority to switch filters to only select X, when you choose the same option again, it reverts back to whatever filters you had before. E.g. I have my filters set to curves, points and constraints, press b and my filters are now set to only bodies. But when I press b again, it goes back to selecting curves, points and constraints. I've been using this as a shortcut for either select all (switch between all and bodies or edges back and forth with just one key) or between selection of sketch elements and bodies, it's fairly practical (though of course not as nice as being able to enable or disable different filters individually with a key, which would be the best solution).
