Failure to solve on dimension change

I am stumped by a failure to solve when trying to edit an already existing dimension.

The design: http://a360.co/2yYXv8b

Edit the first sketch in the timeline, the very first element. Zoom in on the front of the cabin, on the first barrel band. I want to edit the width of that rectangle. Any attempt to change the existing dimension results in a failure to solve. I've tried deleting anything that seemed relevant to that feature, and it still refuses.

In fact, it's worse than that. Draw a new rectangle anywhere on that sketch, without any constraints or specified dimensions whatsoever, then attempt to create a dimension between any of its sides and any line or point on the sketch whatsoever. It complains that it will over-constrain the sketch. That is surprising. Shouldn't it just move the new rectangle to somewhere that will satisfy the constraint?

Hello @jinschoi

Thank you for your post. I am able to reproduce the issue. Also, I have created an issue FUS-36753 to take further look at it.

Thank you,

Best Regards
