Failed Uploads

Greetings!

 

I'm new to Fusion 360. I've tried multiple uploads including some really simple .dwg files and haven't had a single successful upload yet. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,

 

It depends, there may be some data that is not translatable but it's hard to tell where the failure is based on your description.

 

Do you get an error of any kind? 

Can you attach a screen shot?

Can you attach any of these files here so we can test them?

The progress bar for the upload stops 2/3 to 3/4 of the way through. Then I get an email:

That's how it goes down every time.

Hi Ben,

 

It appears that the DWG file you are uploading is causing some problems for our translation, would you be able to share this file with us so we can investigate the failure ?

My email is matt.pooley@autodesk.com if you would like to send the file, or you could upload the file inside A360 and use public sharing or invite me to the relevant project.
