F360 stopped working

Hello,

 

Since yesterday and after a crash of F360 I can't open the software anymore, even after a system restart nothing happens ... each time I click on the icon nothing happens, F360 simply won't start :((

Ok this is odd, the icon in the taskbar doesn't work anymore but when I go to Start > Autodesk > F360 it works again, any reason why the icon in taskbar doesn't work anymore ?

Hans,

 

There was an update yesterday; presumably you received it. Fusion does not update taskbar icons. Usually after a significant update you need to remove the current taskbar icon and repin the icon from the start menu. HTH

Thank you Fred, I didn't saw an update happening and when that happens you normally get a message that the icon in the task bar doesn't work anymore, so didn't get that, strange. Anyway it work snow so 🙂
