Extrude at an angle

I am wondering if it is possible to extrude at an angle to be able to follow the poorly drawn red lines in the attached image. If not, I'm hoping there is another way that this can be done.

Sweep command should do what you want.

you can make a sketch of the line or offset the external line, then sketch the Profile size... and finally use the Sweep command using the profile and the Path that will be the inside offset.
