Hi Tom,

Do you mean AutoCAD 360?    If so, let us know and we will move this to the AutoCAD 360 Forum.

Thanks

Hi Tom,

One of our support techs noticed that you are using Fusion 360, so I'll go ahead and move you to the Fusion 360 Forums.  I'm also going to send out an eMAIL to some of the Team Members to see if they can check why you are seeing it expired.    Can you tell us where you see expired, Term Expired in the upper right side of Fusion when you are running it?

I worked with a guy just last week who had a similar issue and he found that opening Fusion 360, then signing out and closing it.  Then re starting and signing back in resolved that message.  Can you give that a try and see if it works.

Also be sure to let the team know what your copy issues are so that someone can jump in on that part as well.

Thanks for getting us more details and let us know how this goes.

I understand you're seeing a false term expired warning in Autodesk Fusion 360. We have been seeing some intermittent reports of this today and are actively investigating the issue. Usually signing out and back into Fusion 360 resolves this issue. Could you give this a try and let me know if it helps?

One of my teammates on the support team mentioned that they found work-around solution:

1. Select the term expired warning in the upper toolbar
2. Select Buy
3. Select Cancel
4. Restart Fusion 360

I haven't been able to confirm if this suggestion works or not. Could you give this one a try and let me know if helps as well?

I have also logged a ticket with our internal operations team and I hope to hear back soon about the root cause or solution to the issue. In the meantime, hopefully this suggestion will help.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
