I am brand new but i've made a simple design with a cylinder as shown in the picture which I believe is preventing me from getting the body constrained. i somehow created an extra line and for the life of me i cannot remove it. . its only on the inside and when i slice the file the results are also shown in the picture. I can't tell if this is a result of the line of something else in the model but the model itself looks good-other than the line. this might be 2 separate issues but i wanted to see if this was an obvious oversight that could be easily corrected with a little guidance. Im happy to provide any additional technical information but i also wasn't sure of the relevant other than the wall thickness is 1mm Thank you
I have found the issue with the line, it was somehow part of an extrude process earlier in the model and i have corrected it. any ideas on how the slicing could be this way?
I was able to fix both issues, the gaps in the slicing was from not havintg the bodies aligned properly so once i selected them both and chose align they snapped where i wanted and i was able to slice perfectly.
