Hi c.j.koeleman,

I am trying to understand your problem here, could you help?

Your Fusion is expired as 1-year Enthusiast, and you were going to extend as Enthusiast again, but you could not see the TrytoBuy dialog as below? Or maybe you only see a dialog with option "Buy Fusion 360"?

Dear Yanhua Li,

Thanks for the quick response.

Yes you get the Idea, I use fusion as a Hobby and I would like to continue using it in my spare time.

attached the screenshot of my current situation. This pop-up is triggered when I press the 'free period has ended' button. I never got the pop-up you have send me.

Regards,

Rick Koeleman

Hi Rick,

As per the private email we exchanged, I understand your concerns about sharing your credentials.  Can you tell me if you are on the latest version of Fusion 360?  Click on the question mark (top right corner) which is the Help menu, select About and tell me what you see as the Build Number.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.

Hi Rick,

Ok, makes sense now.  It looks like you installed Fusion 360 from autodesk.com initially, subscribed to a Startup entitlement and at some point switched to Fusion 360 from the Mac App Store!?  The update is not yet available on the Mac App Store.

I will follow up and get your account extended.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.

Hi Sanjay,

Thanks for the help.

The switch between the autodesk.com version and the mac-store version was around the time I also had a computer upgrade.

Do you suggest not using the mac-store version?

Regards

Rick

Hi Rick,

No, you should be fine with the Mac App Store version.  I was just trying to understand your scenario.  Also, you should be good now.  Can you run the product and let me know if it is working as expected now?  We fixed this issue in the latest update, so when you get the update through the Mac App Store, hopefully going forward it won't be a problem.

I appreciate your patience working through this.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.
