Exporting to Sketchup

I'm trying to export a model that I created as a Sketchup file. I go to File > Export and I see a list of file extensions but Sketchup is nowhere to be found in them. I remember I had done this previously. Any idea how do I go about this?

Hi @bhrishikesh,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

I don't believe you can do this in product, but you can export your model as a Sketch Up file via A360. If you visit your hub online (link here) and then go to the export options for your file, you should see more options than available in product including the sketch up one.

Hope this helps!

? that sounds so helpful? lol. Im really confused as to why in a million years any app designer/developer would think "yeah" wel have an export feature, but SKP file you have to go login to a website and export it from there. makes perfect sense, very intuitive, very logical" ? what? can you guys fix this soon?

wow, just did it, and my lord, what a convoluted operation. This thread is from 2016, and its still like this ?!?! Please explain why all the export features are not in one place in the APP?!? "to fill the cars tires with air you fill the front two and the rear right with the valve on the wheel. if you want to fill the rear left tire, you need to open the trunk, remove the floor, and find the valve underneath the tool kit to fill it"
