Exporting sketch/flat pattern line types to DXF for laser engrave/cut

I'm having what seems to be somewhat of a common issue and I cannot find a work around despite reading many existing threads. I'm trying to provide files to a laser cutter with a distinguished line type for etch/engrave vs cut. Specifically in this case the center bend line, but in the future it may apply to text, etc.

When exporting as a flat pattern I get all bend lines (inc. extents) that do show up as a different line type ( in say DWG Trueview) but I don't want the extents. They are exported even if not visible in the flat pattern.

If I make a sketch and export that I can easily enough get rid of all the bend lines, but can't seem to keep the center as a different line type (using construction line in sketch exports to a figure line).

My last attempt was to use Fusion itself to simply edit the DXF from the flat pattern export, but I cannot save that DXF back to my computer, only to the cloud?

Can someone recommend a work around or a simple DXF editor. I downloaded Autodesk Design Review this morning and couldn't even get it to recognize a Fusion DXF export.

Maybe this video will give you a workaround method you can use.  The Bend Lines, if chosen, are exported as solid continuous lines.

You did not mention your Fusion 360 License type but with a Subscription license you can create a 2D Drawing, suppress the bend extents lines, title block and border and export to DXF from there.

Thanks for the help. I do have a subscription license so both of these options are available to me but neither really meet the need. I downloaded a free 2D program that allows me to quickly delete the bend extents layer and change the color of the bend layer and check scaling.
