Hello, Is it possible to export a fusion 360 file as a solidworks (SLDDRW, SLDPRT, SLDASM) or Catia format (.CATProduct, .CATPart)?

No, but you can export to STEP format. Both SolidWorks and Catia can import STEP (.stp or.step) files.

The file will only contain the solid model, not the feature tree or design history, not construction geometry or sketchs.

And before you ask, I am not aware of a single 3D CAD application that can read another CAD application's native format and reads and convert that sort of information into its own format.
