Exported DXF files are distorted

So I've stumbled through mt first real Fusion model that I will be cutting out on my CNC router. Ive created  a sketch on the face I would like to cut and exported it as a DXF. When I open up the file in any other software ( illustrator, Corel draw, Cut 3d, Lasercut 5.3 etc) the file is distorted. Most notably any line that is a circle.

I can attach a file if need be , but its happening on any dxf I try to export with circles, with any design from fusion.

Any advice would be appreciated so I don't have to go in and manually change all the lines before I cut my parts.

Thanks,

Pearson

I'm not quite sure what you mean by distorted. If you could attach some pictures or files, that would be great.

Hello @Pearsonh001

It will help us a lot if you can provide us the f3d model so that we can debug and try to find-fix the issue.

Thank you

Best Regards

Here are examples of the distortion I am seeing export as a DXF.

This is the dxf I exported to cut on my router.

This is what the dxf looks like in any other software I open it in.

as you can see the circular cut outs are no circles.

Any help would be appreciated, finally good somewhat fluid in fusion and
now I have a lot of files to cut but im dead in the water until this gets
fixed.

Pearson

I replied by email and the images arent showing up in the form so here the are again.

DXF i export vs. the DXF in other software.  As you can see the circular shapes are not circular when i open in another program.

I just went and exported your cut sketch into dxf, and opened using AutoCAD 2018. I had no issues with my dxf. All lines/curves are exactly as you expect. I suspect the problem is with the software that you're using to open the dxfs.Screenshot_55.jpg

A line and a circle are two different geometry types.

Can you File>Export and then Attach your *.f3d file here?

Attach the resulting *.dxf file too.

Oops, I did not read far enough.

I have exported to corel draw, laser cut 5.3, and Cut 3-d, all with the
same issue. Can you try opening up in something other than an autodesk
program?
I have done this before with no issues, only with this file.

Yeah I Agree,

I've had bad experience trying to export DXF's from Fusion.

Where I notice it the most is with arcs - computers says NOOO
