Hello,

What's the best way to export from Fusion 360 and keep material references on faces (and if possible also export materials applied to faces, ... ) ?

Also what's the best application other then Keyshot to get good render results ?

thanks,

Hans

When you export Fusion 360 designs as the native F3D format, the materials should also be saved with the design. Have you tried Fusion 360's rendering capabilities? We have local rendering as well as cloud rendering services that are worth checking out. I've included 2 videos for your reference.

Hi Keqing,

thanks so much, yes I saw these, very nice and works very well here, for the rendering I need a little more features which I finally found in Simlab for the moment.

That said, I'd like to say thumbs up to the people who made this software and the support here, I've tested some other tools before but this is definitely the best and most fun program to work with, also very easy to make things, so thanks for making such a great software!

best,

Hans

Hi, I need to be able to export renders with the materials as any file format really as a 3d interactive model. What is the best way to do this because once I export the models materials disappear or look very bad.
