I'm trying to export a model from Fusion to bring into bSolid (CAD/CAM software for Biesse CNC) that bSolid can read and automatically assign toolpaths for. In the past I've used layers in Rhino, exported them as .dxf, and imported them into bSolid which has rules we've written to correspond with the layer names in the Rhino .dxf (ex 18MM_POCKET is a layer name in Rhino and a rule name in bSolid, so bSolid can take anything on that layer and assign my tooling rules associated with machining that pocket).
Is there a similar feature within Fusion that would allow me to export a file with names associated to features, sketch lines, etc? I know Fusion doesn't use layers, so I'm wondering if there's a way to do this with component nesting? I'm exporting large amounts of parts at a time, so I can't take the time to add toolpaths manually in bSolid.
Here's an example of my layer setup in Rhino, with polylines set on different layers.
