Export imported dxf, crashing

Hi, i have problem exporting dxf.

Fusion keeps crashing every time i try export sketch as dxf.

I have to make sign form client logo.

i received very bad qulity logo

cleaned up in corel

imported in fusion , but i cant get profiles where i need so i thing that there is gaps somewhere.

As i read in forums fusion is ''healing'' sketch when export as dxf. ( i have done this before and it worked)

But this time i cant export this sketch- fusion keeps crashing

i am mac user and i even tried on win but its the same.

Note:

im working with :

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016)

2.9 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB

But its lagging with imported dxf

And forum doesn't  allow to attach this dxf file.( if needed i can email it)

Zip the DXF then attach the zip file.

I think the problem is the splines in the DXF are not good. For example the highlighted spline below is a single spline not 2 lines and a spline joining as a curve. Can the program producing the DXF split at tangent points to produce lines and curves? I opened in Rhino and simplified and your file works a lot better, loads faster and is now closed. See attached.

Thank you, can you please tell me what softwares are you using for sketch healing (repairing)?

Or Rhino is the best?

Because i tried to clean it in Corel draw and autocad before..

Here's a way to "Clean" the sketch in QCad, not quite as easy as Rhino but a free program. There's still a couple of breaks in one profile. In the screencast I double click to select the chain to find the breaks then add a coincident constraint. The output from QCad is quite good, not sure it's quite as good as Rhino.

Hi,

I use V-Carve 8.5 (Vectric) for such things.

The procedure is: select all > show open vectors > join vectors (automatically).

I also usually use the possibility to convert the vectors into Bezier with given tolerances in order to minimize the number of control points.
The current version can display any open connection.
