Error - 'One or more assembly contexts are no longer linked to the source assembly' - Re-linking Contexts

I've just Copied all of my parts and assemblies into another folder.

I then used 'Replace Component' throughout to re-link the new assemblies with the new parts (which worked) and updated and saved everything.

Unfortunately, I'm now getting this message in the Assembly Contexts with an Orange icon: 'One or more assembly contexts are no longer linked to the source assembly'

How do I re-link the Contexts to the new parts (which are identical to the old parts)?
