Error On Pocketing Tool Path

Hello, I hate to ask this, but I cannot understand why I am getting errors on a pocketing toolpath. I work a lot with Aspire and I would think that a pocketing toolpath would be the best path for a job like this, but I seem to be wrong, or I just do not understand the fault? This is just cutting pockets from cabinets. Please help me understand what I am missing? This is the error and no matter what I try Closest Boundary, Parallel, I still get the same error?

Error: Machining area constructed from a Tangent extension gouges the part. Try the Closest Boundary or Parallel extensions instead.

Also wanted to ask something else. I was trying to post the file for what I am doing and the only option Fusion gives me now is Autodesk (.f3z) and it has always been (.f3d). Fusion is suggesting I have the wrong formats and will not load the files. This did just update so I am wondering if something has happened?

Please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Thank you for the reply. Fusion is telling me that the file is incompatible? Hopefully this one works.

Please open the attached file in a separate folder from your original.  I removed all you previous toolpaths and only added one.  The main difference between your 2d Pocket and mine is I used "Closest Boundary" for the Extension Method.  You have an illegal character, the inch mark, in your file name which is giving you some issues on saving.

You have included a Machine in your setup.  This is treated as an External file which is inserted so the program must save it as a F3Z file when exporting.  If you had not done this, it would export as an F3D file.

EDIT: I had to return the F3Z file in a ZIP format as the Forum would not accept the raw form.

Thank you for your help John. I did remove the " from the file I just grabbed the wrong file. (a little frustrated) I did not know however that including the table would change the file format so thankyou for that.

You would probably think I was nuts if I told you I have changed that "Closest Boundary" a dozen times before I posted this so I have to be missing something. Thank you again.

If my Forum post solved your question, please select the "Accept Solution" icon to do three things. First it allows others to find a solution to a similar question, two, it closes the Forum post and last, it acknowledges that you accept the solution given. If you need further help, please ask. If you like to read why "Accept Solutions are important, take a look at this webpage.

Is there a possibility that you can explain what the differences are between these 3 options and why Closest Boundry is the only one that works?

If you hover over the selection fields, in this case Extension Method, it will explain the options.

Hello, I ran into the same error but changing the extension method doesn't solve it. Attached is the Fusion file. Thank you in advance for any help.
