Error message on start after Win 10 update

I updated to Windows 10 on the first day and Fusion started without any issues. However, there was an update that installed today and now I get the message QtCore_Ad_4.dll is missing. Reinstall program and try again. I downloaded Fusion and reinstalled but I am getting the same message. Your assistance is greatly appreciated

Hi,

When you uninstalled Fusion 360 did you make sure you performed a clean uninstall? If you didn't, the instructions to do so can be found here. Let's start by trying that and see if it was an issue with the existing files.

If the clean uninstall and reinstallation proccess didn't work, please let me know so we can try and get this resolved.

Thanks,

Ok I tried to uninstall Fusion from control panel and I get an error that uninstall is unable to start because file python33.dll is missing. Can I just go to the fusion directory and delete it?

I want to thank James for his assistance with this. He walked me through a manual uninstall of Fusion and then we reinstalled the latest version and it is working now.
