Endless file upload . . .

I seem to be having an issue with F360 when I use it offline, or use it on alternating computers.  At present the latest version of my assembly in the cloud is the same as on the desktop, but I keep getting notification dialogs from Fusion that my assembly is out of data.  The upload progress bar is unmoving.

After reading some of the threads here, I've tried making changes and saving, I've tried quitting F360 and restarting, I've tried going offline, editing, saving and then going back online and I've tried hitting the refresh button, all to no avail.  The only thing I've not done is tried loading a down-rev version of the assembly, as I'm rather fond of the changes in the latest version.  😉

Attached are the diagnostic logs and a screen cap of the notification dialog.

Any suggestions for how to clear out whatever is causing the upload to hang and F360 to squawk about the version being down-rev when its not?

Thanks!

Hi @CruftMeister,

Thank you for asking about that in the Forum and

thank you for sharing your log files with us.

I could not see anything obvious which is pointing to the cause but

If all your files have been uploaded to the cloud successfully, we could try the following:

1. Could you may try to "Clear the user cache data" within the help

Help_Clear_user_cache_data.png

2. Could you may change "BrowserStorage_login.dat" which is explained in the article here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Dat...

I hope this information helps. Please, keep us updated.

Thanks,

Hi Mike,

I checked online and the latest version was uploaded so I tried clearing the cache and that appears to have solved the problem completely - thanks!
