Emboss at an angle in a cylinder body

I'm looking for some alternative to emboss some sketch shapes in a cylinder body at 25 degrees down.

 

I basically have a cylindrical head and I would like to emboss the face elements (eyes, mouth) to that face at 25 degrees down. I need the elements to cut the body at this angle because I will print the individual pieces (head/eyes/mouth) in a 3d printer (NO AMS) and straight cuts will create overhang areas that aren't handled well by filament printers. The face elements should fit in the head after printed.

 

I tried some alternatives like "plane at angle"/"tangent plane", but none of them produce a decent result. When planning at angle the face elements get distorted due to the angle. The only method that produces accurate results is "Emboss", but unfortunately I can't angle the internal embossed walls down.

 

This is the desired result:

1) learn how to use the Revolve tool. The entire head can be done in 1 sketch and feature. 
2) Have you considered printing it as 2 halves, with the face pointing up in Z? 
3) You should be able to make this as an extrude cut from "inside" the face with a taper angle, but unless you plan to go to 30-45* print quality will still suck no matter what. Youre going to get weird prints anyway on the radius section!

1) OK, but that's not the matter here.

2) The face pointing to "Z" will generate poor top surfaces. That's not an option.

Hi

You've created an angled sketch.

It's normal for angled projections to stretch geometry in one direction and contract it in another.
That's how trigonometry works, and you can't cheat mathematics in design.

Create a straight-line sketch to correctly project it onto the cylinder's surface.

Here is my solution.  I applied your sketch to a piece of unwrapped sheet metal, extruded it to the sheet metal and then wrapped the sheet metal back around the model and Combined.  Depth of extrusion can be adjusted by changing construction planes.  Model is attached.

Hi! If I understand your request correctly, I believe you want to use Emboss. Then use Ruled Surface command (or Draft) to create and angled side faces.

This can be easily achieved by using a simple extrude command using the target "To".
Find attached the .f3d file so you can see how to do it, it's just a simple one extrude command.
