Editing text in sketch won't delete old text.

When I edit, the text is be eliminated in the edit text box and then replaced with the new, as normal.

What is happening in the object, is it is adding the new text on top of the old.

Any ideas?

It will be much easier if you could make a screencast and show us exactly how you're editing the text.
