Hi , I have bought an .stl file for a friend and noticed that it is two pieces. I would like to make it into one solid piece and add an extra mm thickness on all surfaces and scale it up another 13 mm approx . I have been trying all different programs and watched a ton on YouTube but I can't get it to join let alone thicken it to make it more sturdy. It is a cookie cutter and I am way over my head it seems. I guess I should stick with squares and circles lol.

I have used your STL to create a solid using the methods outlined in this Blog Article and Video.  I will leave the "modifications" up to you.  Model is attached.

Oh my , All those triangles I removed.I will try that out as it  looks simpler. I spent two days trying different things from different videos and I could only change a few things. Thank You very much
