Edit spline in 3D geometry - spline locked

I have a spline going from one 3D geometry to the next. After completing I cannot drag the handles that allow me to curve the line. What is going on? How do I unlock the spline so I can edit the curve? The line only stays straight.

Hi @Anonymous,

Yes, the 3D spline area of Fusion is not very complete or easy to use just yet.

You can do what you want, but the workflow is admittedly clumsy.  The basic problem is that dragging in a Fusion sketch really only works in the sketch plane currently.  And, because 3D splines are not in the sketch plane, you cannot drag them.

You can use the Move command to achieve this.  But, like I said, it's clumsy.  You have to first "activate" the handle using the context menu.  Then, you can move it with the Move command, but even then, its tricky.  You have to first select the spline (to make the handle visible), then invoke Move, de-select the spline, and select the handle.  After all that...  You can move the handle in 3D.  The results are great, but the process is not...

Here is a screencast:

Apologize for the clumsiness of this - we just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.
