Edit selection sets?

Is there a way to add or remove components from an already existing selection set?

You can update selection sets.

Just selecte the selection set, press and hold shift and double click on the component that you want to add or delete from the selection.

Then navigate to the selection set in the browser and click the "update" button.

Never would have guessed that. Selection Sets don't seem to be documented very well.
