How can i edit a Roblox template in Fusion 360

Not exactly sure what your question is, but That looks like something you could do with the sheet metal environment.

Here is a link to the part of the  Roblox Wiki that describes how to create a shirt.

The shirt is a raster graphics image and you'd use an image editor such a Photoshop, or gimp or any other image editing software.

You would NOT use a 3D software such as Fusion 360 for this. Good luck with your efforts!

BTW my kids stopped playing Roblox many years ago and I know nothing about it.  I simply Googled "How to create a Roblox shirt"
