Hi, I'm fairly new to fea and simulations. I want to run a simulation on this brake disc to see its safety factor, but I'm having trouble setting up loads and constraints. I decided to prescribe rotation for the disc with 126rad/s base on my calculation. I requires me to make it a rigid body to prescribe rotation, but how would I know if the spokes will buckle? It also asks me for the multiplier curve which I'm not sure of. Is my load the same as the prescribe rotation but in the opposite direction? It's two brake pads clamping down on the brake disc in real life.
