Drawings for parts with parametric values

Hi all,

I need help with creating drawings for part with values that change.

So, I want to have separate part with drawing for each dimension combination, without need to create new drawing.

I know that I can use template, but I want for every new drawing to change just values that has been changed.

Is it best way to create just new component for each dimension and then to copy finished drawing created for first one and change dimensions?

From your problem description it  is unclear to me whether you are really referring to Drawings (2D), or are you really referring to Design (3D Model Configurations)?

Thanks for your answer.

When I create part with one set of dimensions and for this design I create 2D drawing.

For next set of dimensions, I can create new component (from parametric sketch) or new project (Save As first one and input in sketch new values) . I'm now sure what is better workflow.

But for this new design, I don't want to create new drawing from start. Can I use previous as a template and change just values that are changed?

Is it possible to Save As Design and 2D drawing linked to design together?

Im not sure is it now clearer 😀
