Seriously? Seriously.

Just submitted a CER or whatever it's called.

Hi Luke,

Sorry you are crashing while creating drawings.  Can you send me, kris.berg@autodesk.com, an email with your email address and I will look into your CER.

Thank you,

Hi Luke,

This is a known issue which only occurs on Mountain Lion.  It will be fixed in our next release, scheduled for Saturday.  Fusion will be discontinuing support of Mountain Lion in our May release.  You may want to upgrade the OS on that computer prior to May.  Apple provides free OS upgrades and in my opinion, upgrading is fairly painless.  Sorry we did not catch this one prior to release.

Thank you,

Kris Berg

Hi Kris, thanks for the update.

I generally only do security updates because I have yet to have a major OS X update that doesn't slow things down.

Thanks

Drawings is crashing on me too.  I've only used it about 4 times and it's crashed twice (actually just hangs).  First time I was creating a PDF, 2nd time I was adding a veiw to a new drawing.  I've got Fusion v2.0.1457 running on Mac OSX 10.9.5 with 16 GB RAM.

Hi SGolldthwaite,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with drawings.  When you hang are you force quitting Fusion using Activity Monitor?  There are two other processes related to drawings, AcCoreConsole and InventorServerHost.  If you are force quitting Fusion 360, please check (and also force quit) these if they are still there.  Are you encountering a Customer Error Report (CER) dialog?  If so can you please send them in and let me know your email address so I can find them and take a look.  Also, could you send me your diagnostic logs (expand the Help menu in the upper right > Diagnostic Log Files) and send them to me, christopher.miller@autodesk.com.

Thanks,

Chris

Is there a resolution or workaround to this yet?  Activity monitor shows AcConsole is hung. I can't create drawings.  osx 10.10.5 iMac Retina.

thanks,
