Drawing template organisation

So decided to tidy up and put my drawing templates in one folder.

Opened a design > New drawing > Drawing from Design > Template

Templates no longer show and I can't see a way to navigate to my template folder?

Logic says I should have standard templates in a Template folder selectable on starting a new drawing. If they are customised to a project then put them in the project folder maybe. Do I really need to put the template in the project folder?

If so, how? If I go to the template folder through the data panel, the only option I get on the template files is Open, no Copy or Move?

What am I missing?

Cheers

That's exactly how I have my drawing templates organized, in one folder. You shouldn't have to move them across projects, unless maybe there's project access permissions causing issues?

When you go to "Template" when creating a new drawing, is there not an option for "browse" to select the template folder?

When create drawing from 3D design, user can browse the template from create drawing dialog, and the default path is the same as the path of 3D design. Users need to navigate to the folder of template if the template files are saved in specific folder. Thanks
